How fast does my access code arrive?
Usually sooner than within a few hours. If a day passes with nothing, check your spam folder and then email .
How many devices can I use?
Each code covers 2 devices. Season pass holders can add up to 2 more for $99 each per season. Email to add one.
Do I need to install anything?
No. Every app runs in your browser. You can add it to your home screen so it opens like any other app.
What does yearly access mean?
You get the app for 12 months from the day you buy. Yearly access renews each year until you cancel. Cancel any time and you keep access to the end of the year you paid for.
What is a one-time purchase?
You pay once and keep access. No renewal.
What is a pack?
A group of bingo themes sold together, such as the Holiday pack. Every pack is a one-time purchase, and new themes added to a pack you own are free.
Which apps are free?
Tortoise & Hare, Emoji Decoder and Road Trip Bingo are free to play. No code needed.
What is a season pass?
Unlimited games for one season, including playoffs. It ends on Aug. 1.
How do game packs work?
Some game-day tools are sold by the game. Setting up a game uses one from your pack, and reloading the same matchup on the same date never counts twice. Unused games expire on Aug. 1, when the season ends.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, within 14 days if the app isn't working for you. See the refund policy.
Can you build something for me?
Maybe. Send the idea through the request page and we will tell you honestly whether it fits.
Is Denali connected to a team, league or university?
No. Denali is an independent studio with no affiliation to any team, league or school.

What you are buying
When you buy from Denali you get a personal licence to use the app. You do not own the app or its code. Yearly access lasts 12 months and renews until you cancel. Season passes and game packs end when that season ends, and unused games do not carry over. One-time purchases do not renew.
Access codes and devices
Your access code is for one person, on up to 3 devices. Do not post, sell or share it more widely. We can switch off a code that is being shared beyond that. Groups and venues need a group plan, so ask us.
Fair use
- Do not copy, resell or reverse engineer the apps.
- Do not use them to break the law or to harass anyone.
- Do not try to get around the access code.
AI features
Some apps use AI to generate replies. Those replies are for fun and are not professional advice. Do not enter private details about other people that you would not want stored.
Availability and changes
We work to keep every app online but cannot promise it will never be down. We may update, change or retire an app. If we retire an app during a year you have paid for, we refund the unused part.
Payments and renewals
Payments are handled by Stripe. Prices are shown before you pay. We email you before a yearly renewal. Cancel any time and you keep access to the end of the paid year.
Custom builds
- Sending a request does not commit either of us. Work starts only after we agree a scope and price in writing.
- Unless we agree otherwise in writing, Denali owns the app it builds and may offer it to other customers in the catalogue.
- You confirm that anything you send us (names, images, ideas) is yours to share.
Liability
The apps are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it.

What we collect
- Your name and email, when you buy, sign up for launch emails or send a request.
- Payment details go to Stripe. We see that you paid and how much. We never see or store your card number.
- The devices registered to your access code, so the code works on your devices only.
- Basic visit counts for the site, such as which pages are viewed. No advertising trackers.
How we use it
To deliver your access code, answer support requests, send receipts and renewal reminders, and send launch emails if you asked for them. We do not sell your information.
Who else handles it
Stripe for payments, our web host for the site and forms, and our email provider. Each only gets what it needs to do its job.
AI apps
Text you type into an AI-powered app is sent to an AI provider to generate the reply. Do not enter anything you would not want processed that way.
Children
You must be 18 or older to buy. The apps are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Your choices
Email us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Every launch email has an unsubscribe link.

Apps and add-ons
If an app isn't working for you, email us within 14 days of buying and we refund the full amount to the card you paid with. Your access code is switched off when the refund goes through.
Yearly renewals
If a renewal goes through and you meant to cancel, tell us within 14 days of the charge and we refund it.
Custom builds
Custom work is covered by the scope and price we agree in writing, including any deposit.
How to ask
Email from the address you paid with and name the app. Refunds usually show on your statement within 5 to 10 business days.

When an order comes in
- Stripe emails you and sends the buyer a receipt.
- Create the buyer in your passcode admin and issue the code.
- Send the welcome email with the link and code, from the support@ mailbox so replies land there.

Who has access
- Turn on two-step sign-in for Stripe, Netlify and email.
- To give someone access, add them as a team member inside each tool. Don't share passwords.
